Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Checking Out Memorial Plans From Cemetery Guatemala Services

By Winston Dunbar

It is of significance to note how or why people choose one mode of final disposal over another but the most important things is that you make that choice to ease the burden of making that choice from the shoulders of your dependents. There can be any number of reasons why one may want to be cremated instead of receiving a decent burial or vice versa. However, it is important to understand the reasons behind choosing or rejecting these modes of final disposal.

The other method is to cremate the body and for that crematoriums have been set up at many places. The method is simple, short and in comparison to burial, very cheap. Although in Guatemala you have the freedom to choose anyone of the above methods, you should first be aware of their pros and cons. Even if you opt for burial in a cemetery Guatemala has all over the country, you should do that only after you have gone through other options and what is more, do it in your lifetime only. Do not leave your family in such dilemmas.

It is important that you know why you are making a choice and what you would get. This is why you need to express your needs properly with funeral service providers who can help you in the matter. Buying a memorial plan is not like buying life insurance which is why you need to address a number of emotional and religious issues to come up with a choice. Your individual needs are shaped by a number of factors and you should respect your feelings and of those close to you in making such a choice.

As any expert would say, before you decide on any such method, you should know why you are doing that. As we all know, Christians have traditionally been burying their dead, but that does not mean you too should do that. Know that, there is actually no ruling against such a practice in Christian religion and most of the Churches have accepted cremation as a valid method of disposal.

However, before you actually opt for cremation, do consult either your church or some well-established funeral service provider about it. Know that the Orthodox Church still holds burial as the only valid means for final disposition of the dead bodies and although the Roman Catholic Church has accepted cremation as legal, it still has some reservation about it and so has put forward certain stipulations in this regard. The Protestant Church on the contrary has long ago accepted cremation as one of the legal methods. Most of them also have created a nook called "Garden Of Remembrance" on which the remains can be scattered.

Many consider this to be in contradiction with the concept of cremation because there would be no body to resurrect. However, many contend that resurrection may take place at such a future date that body could still be nothing but dust in case of a burial so it does not matter how you dispose the final remains. Except Orthodox Church, Christians are free to choose from burial and cremation as a mode of final disposal. Cemetery Guatemala services would consider all your practical and religious reasons to help reach a decision which can be followed later.

Instead, you should talk to your family members and try to convince them by providing valid and practical reasons. Tell them, how cemeteries are using up land that the living could have more gainfully used or how lack of maintenance is turning the cemeteries into ruins. Also tell them, how graves too are being vandalized and the remains being abused. The need for remains for resurrection can be another key worry your family may have. However, it may take a little longer, but even in burial the body is going to disintegrate one day and so it cannot be any issue at all.

It would give you a wider perspective on the issue instead of making the decision in isolation. You should also ask your funeral service provider to offer a memorial plan which suits your budget instead of going along with a plan which does not fit in with your financial space. It would be possible to compare several plans before coming to a decision to seek the services of cemetery Guatemala. If you have no dependents, it becomes even more important to choose your memorial plan.
