Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

How Do The Raw Food Diets Work?

By Jack Wogan

One day when you would prepare the ingredients for the usual cooking, an idea could come in your mind. What if you would serve them without any heat cooking? Arrange them nicely on plates and have your family eat raw carrots, apples, oranges. But how about eating the other types of food? How could you convince them to do that?

The main object of raw food diets is exactly this one. History teaches us that the human being is inhabiting the earth for more than five million years. The main menu she had included fruit, roots or raw meat from hunted animals. Combining these elements in different ways according to the geographical areas where they lived the humans have lived and evolved. By parting the history of the humans in twenty equal shares, in nineteen of them they have eaten raw food and in the last one they have started cooking it with heat and fire.

Just imagine that the entire human evolution from ape to human happened in the conditions of eating the products as they were found in nature, while in the past 250000 years fire made a complete difference in our menu. With these facts in mind people have started paying more attention to this nutritional trend. Vegans were selective and very aware of what they ate. But those who have adopted raw food have taken that to the next level. Every type of aliment like fruit, seeds, nuts, vegetables, seaweed are eaten without any heat processing, just by being blended, soaked, dehydrated or squeezed.

When you start this diet you need to research it thoroughly. Otherwise you could get nutritional deficiencies. To avoid that many of these persons have included in their menu eggs, fish and meat. Another element of their diets is sometimes milk in its unprocessed form.

Raw food diets have the major advantage that they help detoxify the body. With all the chemical we have become accustomed to, this process could be rather painful at the beginning. But in a few weeks the results are amazing. They include an increased energy level and a reduction of the fats. Specialists have also documented the fact that there are less ricks of heart diseases. Some of those who have tried this diet only complained about the large amounts of food they had to eat each day to feel satiated.
