Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Out Of Body Experience - Is It Really Possible?

Out of body experience is a scientifically proved phenomenon which says human soul can body and can get back after an astral travel. It has roots in many religious doctrines and recently got scientific support. Its base lies in the theory; human body is constituted of two things, physical body and astral body.

History says many people from ancient India, Egypt, Africa have practiced out of body experience. It had a close religious background and termed it as spiritual walking. According top them human soul and body is two entirely distinct parts and it will gain new one after the death of one body. It may occur for variety of reasons in normal state. Using of Psychedelic drugs or any other drugs, which can leave body in trance. In most case it happens when a body is about to death. However, out of body experience can practice through constant efforts.

In normal cases Out of body experience may occur for variety of reasons. Use of Psychedelic drugs may causes your body to slips to deeper comma state and results in OBE, or any other reason that may lips you to trance.

It does not mean that you can simply undergo astral projection. You need to practice various intellectual exercises like meditation and learn to concentrate on your mind. Your fear of getting back to normal state may inhibit you to practice this. You mind should be well prepared for the astral travel.

When you come to practice out of body experience, never go with a half heart that will never help you to reach your aim. So believe and convince your mind that your soul can leave your body and it can regain after astral travel. Set up all these conditions which are essential for spiritual travel. Next is practicing astral projection. Choose a room which can give you perfect solitude and complete silence. Better to close all doors and windows to close light source which may disturb your concentration.

Lay flat on bed look on roof. Put your hands by your side and close your eyes. Take deep breath and allow slow release, develop a kind of connectedness to darkness around you. Fresh up your mind and leave aside negative thoughts. Ask your mind whether ready for a travel. If no take breath for a little long time. Certain images will flash before your eyes and it will enlarge its size.

Focus on the images and you will feel like shivering. Never get hesitated with or try to stop it. Let it to continue, then you will feel like your body is motionless and you can't hear sound of breathing. Keep calm and allow your soul to leave body.

Choose a place which can give you hundred percent silences and make sure that no any disturbances are there to distract you. Lie flat on bed looking up; put your arms in your side very close to your body. Close your eyes and forget the world around you. Focus on some visuals that come before your closed eyes, gradually that will appear enlarging, this shows your spirit is gradually leaving your body. You will feel shivering, nothing to fear, just focus on breathing and let the soul leave the body.

Telepathy: How You Can Develop Telepathy Skills

Just like so many other psychic based phenomenon, telepathy is a skill many of us possess to some degree we just have no understanding of how to use it! Telepathy refers to the ability to communicate with others through mind power instead of using verbal communication. During the telepathy how to process transference of thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, sensations, and even mental imagery occurs.

Many if not most of us can at least somewhat be telepathic, but we may not realize it. People who have very strong communicative abilities with animals, for example, such as so-called "horse whisperers," can actually communicate with telepathy, such that they know what the animals are thinking.

People can be telepathic with each other, too. Twins are one example of what can be one very strong telepathic bond. Perhaps you have seen twins "converse" with each other without ever actually speaking. No one really knows just how they can do this, but anyone can do this with anyone they have a very strong connection to. For example, life partners or spouses can sense when their partner is in pain, in danger, suffering, etc.

Telepathy is sometimes called a "sixth sense," which again probably means that it's something most of us possess. We just have to be able to utilize this skill, learn about telepathy, how it works, and what we can use it for. Once we do this, we can take our own telepathic skills and put them to good use as well.

Though Telepathy is more likely to occur in an untrained individual when in an intense situation or crisis, learning the process will be easier when in a calm and clear-minded emotional state. It will also be easier to test telepathy when using a partner so ask a friend or relative to assist you. Gather together a small stack of photos and other small items of different colors like pens, paper clips and rubber items. Sit down facing opposite directions in a quiet room, or sit in different rooms.

Focus on telepathy how to, meaning being present in the current moment as you complete the exercises. One person should be the sender and the other the receiver. The sender should take one object at a time and concentrate on sending a powerful emotion to the receiver. It may be a color, an image, or a word. To accurately test telepathy abilities, agree on what the signal will be before starting the exercises.

The person doing the "sending" will concentrate on sending telepathic messages to the person receiving them, and the receiver will then concentrate on receiving the information sent by the sender. The receiver should be absolutely relaxed such that he or she will be absolutely open to whatever the sender is going to send, including images, emotions, pictures, etc. The receiver can record whatever he or she receives from the sender by writing it down. Or, a sender can simply say that he or she is finished concentrating on a particular item and then the receiver can verbalize what he or she has seen.

This telepathy how to method works best when you have agreed beforehand on a specific signal. For example if you have agreed to only focus on colors, the receiver can simply say "blue" and the sender can respond "yes" or "no" before moving on to the next object.

When developing telepathy how to knowledge, 10 minute sessions are enough to start with. While doing each session spend some time being the sender and the receiver. As you become more accurate you can start using playing cards and focus on sending the suit of the card or number being displayed. Keep a record of each session so you can track as your natural telepathic abilities increase.

For example, as a beginner, you might simply put out a signal to those you will close connection with, and who will much more likely receive the messages you send. Hold an image of this person in your mind, focus on sending him or her a message and then request that they do something, take action, and so on.

You could focus on getting a family member to call you or planting the idea in the head of your spouse to bring home dessert. Don't be surprised when the receiver suddenly calls home or alters their daily schedule because of your telepathic message.

Pets are also great ways to learn telepathy, how to master it, because animals are very intuitive and open to this type of process. See how quickly you can pick up on pets' feelings, such as if your dog is hungry, ill, or uncomfortable.

Continuing in the mastery of telepathy, as you become more skilled, you can practice telepathic skills on people you don't know well. One way to do this with telepathy, how to advance, is to focus on people you have only casual acquaintances with, like neighbors or coworkers. This next step should involve people you come in contact with regularly, but are not close with. Pay attention; you may simply notice, for example, that someone is experiencing intense emotion, and you may be able to "tap into" what that person is feeling and maybe even discern actual words or thoughts coming from people's minds.
