Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Improve Your Health With Sound

By Charlie Jonn

Sound healing is a strong tool for a human organism that has its foundations in the world of vibrations. The resonant system of sound, shows how sound vibrations are broadcast to each part of our physical body. Whatever tonal frequency we embrace, whatever sounds we express, whatever music we hear, those tonal frequencies resonate through each cell, tissue, organ, and structure in our body. Sound vibrations vibrate our physical structures and really change their cellular patterns.

We are able become more privy to the sounds we express, what it is that we say, and the tone or context in which we are saying it. Our underlying tone is the fundamental part of our communication that lies behind the words.

We are able to concentrate on the sort of music that we listen to, as music enters into our multidimensional core. Music has either a favorable or malignant effect on our health and well-being. Studies have shown that metal music, vulgar rap, and a bunch of other musical genres actually weaken our physical body, whereas classical music and soft rock beef up it. If health is your priority, hear what your body is saying about the nature of your music.

Solfeggio music is major factor in making multidimensional health and spiritual awareness. This vital connection to Spirit is strengthened in every single moment of Solfeggio meditation. If you would like to feel it, just spend a minute sounding out each particular Solfeggio tone while you target the location of the vibration energy.

You can often advance your own health and well-being through sound and Solfeggio frequencies. Experiment with the effect of sound by sounding the same observes that correspond to a particular energy center or endocrine organ in which you believe problems. Employ a piano or solfeggio tuning forks as a steer to find just the right note. Embracing the sound vibrations and the ancient Solfeggio tones that characterize our higher Self, increases spiritual substance and makes our connections with Spirit more natural.
