Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Look Into The Past Life To Understand The Present

Past life regression is a hypnosis technique performed by an experienced hypnotherapist to help you recover memories from your past lives. The goal of this type of therapy varies from patient to patient. Sometimes people do it for curiosity, to see who they were before they incarnated into this life. Others want to identify things that they may have done in their previous life that might be affecting them in their current life. If you are experiencing blocks or seem to be struggling with the same issues, you may want to try looking at the past life for answers.

The practice of regression therapy was first mentioned in the Upanishads of ancient India. However, the bulk of what is known about it comes from the writings of the scholar Pantanjali. Pantanjali wrote that the soul accumulated karma with each physical incarnation and that looking at past lives could help solve problems that were occurring in the present life.

A person can experience past life regression a couple of different ways. You can work with a hypnotherapist who will put you under hypnosis and begin asking you questions that help paint a picture of one of your previous lives. Although it is painless, many patients reported having especially vivid memories that made them feel like they were there.

Another way to harness the power of regression therapy is to use audio recordings to guide you into a deep mediation where you can access your hidden memories. However, if meditating is something new to you, it could take one or two tries before you begin experiencing results so don't give up on the first try.

Each option has its own set of benefits and consequences and which one you choose depends on your level of comfort and experience with regression therapy. If you are squeamish about trying to do it yourself or you have never regressed to a previous life before then getting a hypnotherapist to help you may be your best bet. If you have experience with regression therapy or you already meditate on a daily basis then using the audio programs may be just right for you.

Regression therapy can help you clear out psychic clutter that has been holding you back from the success you have been craving. You'll see yourself differently and may experience an increase in self confidence. Deep emotional problems, hangups or phobias will seem to ease up and may eventually just fade away. You may also experience an improvement in your general health and well-being.

Like most alternative therapies, past life regression has its share of critics. The skeptics declare it an invalid science because the information patients give cannot be confirmed or inaccurate information is given. Although regression therapy is not perfect, it has helped many people move past mental blocks that were in their way of achieving emotional and spiritual growth.

The past life can be an excellent resource to turn to for wisdom that can help you in your current life. It may be just the thing you need to move forward.

There Is Sometimes Indication That You Lived In Past Life

No disrespect to Hinduism and Buddhism. These two religions hold reincarnation as one of their basic tenets. But, reincarnation just sounds practical. How much space would there be in an afterlife that included the hoards of people who passed away throughout time. If each person was reborn repeatedly in past life, that would explain the space issue.

But, who can say for sure until, well, until they pass away themselves. More people believe in this occurrence than disbelieve. There are more religions that believe in reincarnation. For non-spiritual people, it still seems a common answer to life's mysterious happenings.

Most people have the experience of being in a place they are sure they have been in before. But, perhaps they are vacationing in a country they never visited before. They see a building and feel a chilly fear as if something bad happened there. How many years has that building been here you wonder. Is it possible you had something happen to you here in a previous life?

Therapy is always a possible way to help you deal with life's problems. There is a specific type of therapy for different problems. Psychoanalysis, Jungian Dream Therapy and scream therapy have all been somewhat successful at different times in history. If you seek out a past life regression therapist, be sure you are choosing a reputable person with good credentials.

For help in locating one, turn to the International Association of Past Life Therapists. I would make sure they are well-education professionals before starting. If you do not seem to be making progress, turn to someone who belongs to the American Psychological Association.

You might try meditation on your own. Sit in a quiet environment and repeat a mantra over and over until you are in an almost hypnotic state. This is a wonderful relaxation technique. It may help you recall childhood events. It may even take you back to a previous life. This cannot be proved, but it may help explain things to you. In circumstances where you remember something you are unsure about, you cannot ever be certain about a past life event. It may have a logical connection to some event in your current life though. Meditation, if not able to help you understand your problems, is a marvelous method to relax and feel better by doing so.

Hypnotism is another possible form of therapy to try. Find a therapist certified in this field and explain your suspicions about having past life memories. She will help you explore those suspicions in a realistic and safe way. Some people actually receive information they can verify. A name or address, or publicized event may be confirmed through research.

Your previous life or lives may always remain a myth to you. No one will ever provide solid evidence of God or the afterlife. The only people who know for sure are those who have passed away. Don't worry about your phobia, just try to understand it in terms of getting over it. Any relief therapy can provide from anxiety is well worth the time spent with a therapist.

You may or may not believe in reincarnation but, why make fun of those who do? Just deal with your problems in view of this life and don't spend all your time and effort on introspection. Sure, you may have been Cleopatra in a previous life. However, if you lived before, you may have been an unknown John Jones in past life. Whatever the situation, don't let it overwhelm the pleasure you can find in this life.
