Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Staying Unattached To A Relationship Is A Good Feeling

By Nicole Tyler

Sometimes, we get to be in a relationship but we also wish or long for that day when we get to spend some time for ourselves and be who we really are. It is not like you do not want to be in a relationship but you can deny it all you want, there are days when you simply want to be single. And being single is not that bad. There are a lot of single people who enjoy their lives all by themselves.

You are your own boss when you are single. You get to choose what time you want to wake up in the morning or in the afternoon if you like and you get to eat the things you want without someone telling you to watch what you eat. You answer to no one but yourself when you are single.

People who are in a relationship need to compromise to satisfy their partners. When you are single, there is no one you need to compromise your space and time with therefore you get to do what you really want to do.

Single people have the time to be more themselves meaning they are able to focus more on their life. They get to be more active in school or at work and even get better while doing so. They can harness their skills to be better at work which can be time consuming when you are in a relationship.

You can go out and travel the world or live your dreams when you are single. Bring out the kid in you and make your fantasies true. Say you want to go on a road trip with friends? You can always arrange their schedule and spend quality time with them whereas when you are in a relationship, you will have to ask permission from your partner.

You can flirt with anyone at anytime without feeling guilty that you are in a relationship. It is fun when you are able to meet other people who may be interested in you but not in a relationship kind of way. There are a lot of amazing people to meet when you are single.

Being single means you will not have to be concerned with breaking any promise you make from your partner. In a relationship, you will have to stay within your limits but when you are single, there are no limitations as long as you do not cross someone ethically and within the law.

You are always responsible for your own actions. When you are in a relationship, you get to share problems with your partner which can be good but sometimes, you have your own fair share of problems that you cannot take anymore from others.

Ordination

By Mathew Robuck

There is nothing more satisfying than to officiate at weddings and other events, and teaching children. If this is your calling then you should become an ordained minister. To be ordained means to be able to perform ministerial duties and all sacred functions and start his or her church that will receive recognition.

It is not enough to just study for the ministry or to know by instinct about the word of God; you have to become ordained and then get a license to validate your ability to be a minister. You can receive your ordination online if you receive it from a religious organization that is qualified to give Certificates of Ordination.

As an ordained minister you can have your physical church wherever you want it to be. It can be a store front, a free standing structure, or it can be in your own home. The only requirements are that you must have a congregation and a regular schedule of meetings whether that is once a week, once a month, or a few times a year. The dates and times of those meetings must be posted and strictly followed.

The church you open does not have to follow any particular denomination, it can be totally nondenominational, and the choice is yours. It is important however, that the ordained minister leading that church has knowledge in world religion. He should know about all religions other than the five major religions. He should understand the gaps that have formed between cultures and be well versed in the philosophies and beliefs of the various cultures.

If choosing the ministry as your life's path you have to answer to a calling. If your entering the ministry for financial sustenance or personal gain, then you have chosen the wrong path and will never truly receive true satisfaction from it. An ordained minister that enters the ministry because of a calling will be able to rest assured every night that he has helped someone onto the right path.
