As an ordained minister you can have your physical church wherever you want it to be. It can be a store front, a free standing structure, or it can be in your own home. The only requirements are that you must have a congregation and a regular schedule of meetings whether that is once a week, once a month, or a few times a year. The dates and times of those meetings must be posted and strictly followed.
The church you open does not have to follow any particular denomination, it can be totally nondenominational, and the choice is yours. It is important however, that the ordained minister leading that church has knowledge in world religion. He should know about all religions other than the five major religions. He should understand the gaps that have formed between cultures and be well versed in the philosophies and beliefs of the various cultures.

If your entering the ministry for financial sustenance or personal gain, then you have chosen the wrong path and will never truly receive true satisfaction from it. An ordained minister that enters the ministry because of a calling will be able to rest assured every night that he has helped someone onto the right path.
