Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Cleansing Our Chakras - Becoming A Complete Person!

Every part of us is interdependent: our bodies, minds and spirits are all an important part of our overall health. Our chakras are part of our bodies, even though we cannot see them and they are just as subject to physical, environmental and spiritual influences as the rest of us. Chakra cleansing can help you to stay in optimal health by keeping our chakras properly balanced and maintaining the efficient flow of energy.

Body, spirit and mind need to be in harmony with each other and chakra cleansing can keep these elements in balance; like getting regular exercise, it?s just another part of living a healthy lifestyle.

What follows is a list of some of the chakra cleansing techniques which have been shown to be effective and have been used for many centuries.

*Smudging: This is burning herbs and plants to clear away negative energies which can block your chakras. White sage is an especially potent herb for this. Burn some white sage in a room with the doors and windows closed for a few minutes, letting the smoke fill the room.

*Auric brushing: Using crystals and gems can clear blockages from our chakras, but this should be done by an experienced professional, since it can produce deleterious results if done improperly.

*Diet and rest: A nutritionally balanced healthy diet that includes lots of water and fresh vegetable and fruit juices is important. You should also be sure to get enough sleep every night; these steps will keep your chakras in better shape, since your mental, spiritual and physical health are all dependent on each other.

*Regular exercise and proper breathing helps to keep your chakras working properly.

*Make time to experience the natural world. Spending time outdoors can do wonders for your chakras. Even if you live in a large city, spend some time with the plants and wildlife in a larger park or even your own backyard.

*Color therapy: Every chakra corresponds to a color. By looking at these colors or even just visualizing them, you can stimulate your chakras into proper function and clear away energy blockages.

*Music: Music is one of the most effective methods of chakra cleansing. Music stimulates and activates your chakras and along with them, your endocrine system.

*Keep your mind active: When you continue to learn and grow intellectually, you are keeping your energy centers (the chakras) active.

*Meditation and reflection: Take a few minutes each day to think things over. Not only will you get perspective on the events of the day, you will also find this to be a good technique for chakra cleansing.

*Love yourself: Unless you are able to love yourself, you will not be able to accept love or love others. Love produces potent effects on your mind and spirit which affect your chakra health positively.

*Be attuned to your emotions. You need to acknowledge your emotions and be able to communicate them to others when needed. Repressing your emotions is not good for your mental or spiritual health and can cause blockages of negative energy in your chakras.

*Be creative: Bring your creativity into play in your day to day life. This makes your life a more enjoyable one and keeps your energy flow healthy.

*Past lives: You need to be open to your past lives, especially to the opportunity to learn about yourself through them. The self awareness and sense of purpose this can give you will make all of your other chakra cleansing techniques more effective.

*Make your life one which is lived with honesty, trust and respect for others; the same will come to you.

*Prayer, like meditation can keep your chakras in balance and help you to maintain good health. Prayer quiets our minds and opens them.

All of these are effective methods of chakra cleansing and should be practiced in your daily life. Chakra cleansing may not happen instantly, but with regular practice of these techniques, you?ll be able to maintain proper energy flow and live a happier, healthier life.

When To Take Out Life Insurance

As a youth, we have no need for life insurance, as we have no dependents who might suffer financially if we were to unexpectedly die. However, as we grow older, Marry and start a family it becomes more likely that we will want to protect our families and loved ones from any tragic loss and the financial repercussions that might entail.

As they leave school and get their own income, their dependence will not be as high, and neither will your need for a large income.

If the worst was to happen, how would your family cope? What would happen if your income suddenly stopped overnight? These are some of the thoughts that drive people to purchase life insurance. Life Insurance will give you peace of mind so you and your partner don't have to worry about an uncertain future.

Life Insurance can be inexpensive for cover that will protect your family against major upheaval in the event of your death. Sometimes, in the case of very high earners, or for specific policy inclusions the cost can rise, but in the main, the cost is affordable when balanced against the potential losses possible.
