Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Free Live Training To Learn How To Manifest Everything Now Easily

By Catherine Carter

What could be more important than your own personal development? Considering the fact that part of a good personal development plan includes taking care of others, learning the most important tips to establish your foundation is one of the most important things you can do. This article will provide helpful advice for you.

Learning a new skill is a great way to stretch yourself and improve the quality of your character. What's more, perfecting a hobby, technical skill or artistic form may be challenging at first, but if you master it, you will gain a sense of accomplishment, purpose and enjoyment. What's more, you add to your pool of leisure activities and make yourself a more rounded human being.

Don't be afraid of change. Many people have a well-founded fear of change. After all, why change something if you are comfortable? The problem is, the world is constantly changing, whether we change with it or not. Instead of seeking out a comfort zone, embrace change. Learn from it and soon you will be able to adapt to anything the world throws at you!

Try using affirmations to make yourself see how great you really are. Repeating phrases like "I am strong,""I believe in myself," "I am healthy," etc. can really help you feel better about the kind of person you feel you are. It really helps increase your self-worth and personal strength to achieve your goals.

Research and learn from others. When you are working towards a goal in your life, seek out others who are either working towards or have already achieved your goal. Not only will they be able to provide support and answer questions, they can be used as examples illustrating exactly what you should or should not do to succeed.

There is much truth in the adage " "As you help others, you help yourself." When life seems bleakest, it can be useful to know that there are always people who need what you can offer. Volunteering yourself and your skills, time and compassion, is a powerful tool to pull you out of your own funk and get you thinking about other people and their problems. It is remarkable " and often life-changing " to realize how much help you will get yourself by changing your focus to someone else in need.

Don't procrastinate! Even when a task that is awaiting your attention is one of the most distasteful imaginable, in most instances you'll suffer more by putting it off than in just going ahead and doing it. File that request for extension with the IRS and you'll be worrying about doing your taxes for six months more than if you just did them on time in the first place!

If you suffer from anxiety and constant worrying, consider allocating a small portion of every day in which you can mull over your problems and concerns. Make a conscious effort to relegate anxieties and worrisome thoughts to this limited space, whether it is after work or during your daily trip to the gym. You will not be avoiding your problems, but you will be setting them aside so that they do not compromise your productivity and mental focus.

In conclusion, the most you can do for someone else is improve yourself. This is evident time and time again with the advice that has been provided in this article. Hopefully you will be able to digest this information and use it to work toward your personal development goals.

Goal Setting Software

By Dana B. Thompson

In this busy world we are living in, sometimes we already fail to pay too much attention and devote more time to setting our goals in life. What usually happens in cases like these is that we are oftentimes disappointed with ourselves because of the failures we encounter due to our lack of direction. Thankfully, new technologies are making lives easier and that includes helping us out in setting our goals through goal setting software.

Here are the benefits of using the SMART software:Fast. We all know that technology helps us do our tasks the soonest time possible. Just like with this goal setting software, you can immediately set your goals within minutes. This software can assist you in setting your goals in no time at all since it is programmed to identify the right goals to be included in your success plan and get rid of those which are not based on SMART.

Thirdly, there should be an easy way for you to track progress on any individual goal as well as all your goals, easily and ideally very visually. And finally, this is very important, there should be a method of setting up habits that relate to your goals. Habits is where the rubber meets the road; it is the things we do each day and each week that determine our destinations, and if you are going to reach any significant goal you have not yet achieved, it will require either changing existing habits, or more likely, establishing completely new habits.

Accessible. The best thing about this software is that it is very accessible. Anyone who has a computer and internet connection can avail of this very helpful software. You no longer have to research hard and long since you can use this software in a few clicks from your computer. You can find this software easily whenever and wherever you are.

In today's high speed and high tech society, it appears that there is software being developed to do almost every task imaginable. We are constantly on the lookout for software which helps us carry out repetitive or time consuming tasks more efficiently.Goal setting software is just one of those which have become a lot more popular in recent years and will continue to do so.

All types of software if used correctly should make life easier for the user. After all the very purpose of creating the software in the first place is (hopefully) to help you achieve an objective quicker and more consistently than you would have otherwise done manually.Goal setting software offers goal setters a central location on which to record all goal setting tasks, whilst at the same time delivering an accurate feedback and monitoring process. For instance most goal setting software will help guide the user step by step through the goal setting process and will more than likely include a system which prohibits the user from skipping necessary exercises or activities.

They allow you to keep all your goal related activities, documentation and findings in one place, without the need for huge piles of hand written notes, lists and exercises. A good piece of goal setting software should act as your personal organiser, your to do list, and your personal journal.

When you set up a goal you are taking an effort to achieve something. This achievement or goal can be something short term or something that takes some time to achieve. A short term goal may be to change eating sweets and sugar filled items but to be an effective goal it has to have something specific you have to reach for. Just to write cut down on sugar doesn't do it. You have to set a goal that is quantifiable and measurable. So you would write down that you want to only eat a sweet or sugar filled candy on Saturday only. Then define it further with how much you will consume at one sitting or during the day.

For it to be effective it has to be reachable and be an improvement over what it was before. So if you plan to eat sugar all day Saturday then this is only a substitution for what you were consuming during the week and it is not a valid goal. Simply shifting the activity around is not setting a goal and achieving it. So in the case of reducing sugar consumption you would also need something to reach like to reduce your dress size by 1 size or to have a better body fat ratio. It has to be something that you can reach by taking the action.

This is as preposterous as a wannabe artist throwing away a particular brush as it didn't make him a better artist, or a wannabe chef complaining that his pots and pans hadn't helped him become a world class chef.Goal software can be a remarkable tool and a tremendously powerful one, however only if used in conjunction with self discipline and will power. You MUST however develop the habits, actions, behaviour and mindset of a successful person first. If you don't do this, you will find that no goal setting software on the planet will help you.So before you run to order your software, sit down and establish if you are taking action on the basics, if not then you should delay your purchase until you feel you have the relevant mindset and success habits
