Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

If they say what you eat affects you, the same must be true of what you feel. Remember the day you felt so much hurt that you felt like your heart was being torn into pieces. Common stress, anger, bitterness and hurt are some of those feelings that can be dangerous to your health; especially the heart.

So how do bad emotions impact negatively on the heart? A research done has found that stress is responsible for creating some hormones that can affect the smooth flow of blood from the heart because it can turn the blood into clots.

Fear, anger and panic attacks are the most known causes of hypertension since they make the heart to pump blood faster. This is usually accompanied by bad headache, exhaustion and light head.

You may be asking where help will come from amidst all these scary news. For a start, you must admit that adverse emotions are very common because most people have it. People must come to terms with this and reach the realization that it is something that can be dealt with. When we learn how to handle these feelings without allowing them to cause a lot of damage to health, the flow of blood will also be smoother and regular.

Try to be a happy person no matter the circumstances because life is what you make it. You can in fact say no to those who have a negative outlook in life. Smile and the world will smile back to you, since there can never be a trouble free life.

What this means is that you must go for the best in terms of your health. You must learn to disappoint some people by turning down their negative comments to you.

If you can smile more and have a positive and happy countenance, you will see it changing your life for the better. Your friends should be those who have no negative attitude and who take life in their stride.

They say problems are just but ladders that lead to success, so stop making too much fuss about your difficulties. Think positively and refuse to be bogged down by the challenges of life since there is no way all the problems of this world can all end overnight. With the right attitude that is void of mourning about your troubles, you will surely be able to see light at the end of the tunnel.
