Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Nature Immersion: How To Tap Into Spirit

By Eric Fender

On a nature immersion the sacred space is for you personally to be any way that you're to be. You will find no rules other than the ones that feel natural for you personally. (Note: if you are inside a fire-prone area then from duty you need to take notice of warnings from the fire division and abide by them.

Once you have settled in to your sacred area and therefore are feeling comfy and in tune, it's a good time to go through your intentions for going on a nature immersion. You're now there and nature is continuously speaking with you. It is only a matter of tapping in. Placing power into your intentions once more will setup the space for insights from to happen.

It is most significant however that you simply do not turn out to be distracted by your mind whilst on your nature immersion. After each day or two your thoughts will probably slow down normally and by itself. This really is the way in which indigenous individuals experience the planet. There's no real need for you to 'think' when out in nature.

Nevertheless, if you notice that your mind is constantly switched on then a great method to slow it down would be to close your eyes and hear it. Notice it's tone. Notice it's pace. Notice what it states. Then begin to treat it like a little child and merely say 'Thank you for sharing'. After you say this, you will most likely notice there is a pause in your thinking.

Then another thought form might pop up. Once more, say 'Thank you for sharing' and listen once more to the pause in your mental chatter. As you concentrate on and put your awareness on this silence it typically grows longer and lengthier. This really is what the Buddhists classify as no-mind. I also prefer to call this state 'innocence' because this really is how infants and youthful kids are in the world. It is Okay to not think.

In the area of innocence you can then scan the body for any stress. If you discover any tension then like letting go of a rock, just allow it go and permit it to drop towards the earth. The earth can use this stress exactly where it is required.

This area of innocence and relaxation then allows you to drop into your heart center. This really is the space right in the middle of your breastbone and is generally around the dimension of a typical golf ball. Some discover it expands because they put their interest upon it.
