Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Selecting To Use Astral Projection Frequencies

Learning to use astral projection frequencies can take a bit of practice. A lot of people are able to achieve an altered state quite easily but then struggle with achieving projection. This could be because they can't just let their mind go completely enough to let it happen. The term astral projection can be classified as a paranormal term.

It actually means an out of body experience. Its possible to achieve astral projection whilst in a lucid sleep, or when awake. In order to learn how to astral project you need to know how to be totally relaxed and how to tune your brain into the correct projection frequencies. If you can manage this then you will be achieving the right state of mind for success.

There are recordings that can help you achieve this state of mind a lot more quickly. These are called binaural beats. A lot of people find them very useful aid, and that after a bit of practice they can achieve projection much more easily than they could without them.

When training yourself to fully relax me to find out which position will suit you best. A lot of people find that a semi-sitting edition is the best way for them to relax. This is because many people cannot completely relax when they are sitting up, while others find it impossible when they are lying down. Once you have chosen your position you need to concentrate on making your muscles relax individually.

A common technique used is to imagine each separate muscle relaxing either working from the head down or the feet up. When doing this you also need to notice your breathing and ensure that you inhale through your nose. You should then hold the breath for a second or so and then exhale through the mouth.

This method of focusing on breathing is another way of helping you to relax. You may find it quite tricky to master the first time you try it, but after a while it will become second nature. You will find that you can relax yourself quite quickly and easily.

Binaural beats can be downloaded from the Internet, and do not cost very much. They are an excellent way to learn how to astral project. With their help the brain finds it much easier to tune in to the right frequencies. It is also much easier to enter a meditative state, and also to be able to lucidly dream.

It is possible for anyone to learn how to do this, as anyone can train their brain if they wish. It can be a very enlightening experience, and extremely interesting. In addition astral projection frequencies are a great way to learn to relax fully.
