Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Useful Information On The Proof Of Mount Sinai In Arabia

By Matthew Scott

For centuries, a vast number of theological scholars have vested much of their mental and time resources to search for the exact geographical location of critical landmarks during the exodus. This has vividly evidenced by determined endeavors that have been staged by such individuals to have concrete proof of Mount Sinai in Arabia. This has been necessitated by the verifiable reason that was sourced by the Roman mystic designation claiming that the landmark was in present-day Arabia.

Several religious pilgrims have teamed up to locate the true geographical site with the help of scriptures. Most of them have not attached archeological evidence to support their findings but have re-instituted that by relying on the services of archeologists. They have widely employed the scriptural writings in the books of Torah. However, much emphasis has been made in the Book of Exodus which harbors broad information on the epic exodus journey.

The most projected location of the ancient Biblical Mount Sinai is Jabal al-Lawz mountain. This is as a result of the presence of water springs and an extensive but small forest of palm trees that are within reach of this geographical feature. The natural setting of this sites matches with the scriptural description of the place where the passing Hebrews lived. The Bible describes the place by asserting that it had water springs and adjacent seventy palm trees.

The springs are bordered by nearby caves that are named as the caves of Moses by archeologists. The archeologists who excavate the sites claimed that they found relic writings that indicated that prophet Moses had trodden through the area with his nation of Hebrew. This archeological evidence gives a relatively fair proof that Jabal al-Lawz in this country is the present-day name for Mount Sinai.

Similarly, the mountain top comprises of coal black igneous rocks. The color and nature of rocks progressively match with scriptural writing that asserts that the Lord descended with flames of fire as He was giving Moses the Ten Commandments. It, therefore, shows that the dark color of this mountaintop was scorched as the patriarch was given the stone tablets.

Similarly, the place was also discovered to have boundary markers whose descriptions perfectly align with the biblical scriptures. These markers were the instructions of God that they should detach the holy place and make it holy. The scholars have maneuvered this by discovering the piled rocks that were used to demarcate the area for worshipping purposes. The biblical description of an eventful scenario matches with the set up of the rock at the foot of Jabal al-Lawz Mountain.

Nonetheless, they have also traced the presence of a V-shaped altar-like structure at the foot of this mountain. The structure is described with bold and lengthy arms that are pillared by the very indestructible base. This elaborate description gives the correct picture that is drawn from the scriptures when the disobedient Hebrews made an altar for the golden calf. The adjacent walls also showed some relic drawings of a god bull idol that was engraved by Aaron according to scriptures.

Thus, the above religious discoveries vividly give a robust proof that Mount Sinai is in Arabia. The viability of this assertion is made clear by the use of various scriptural writings specifically in the book of Exodus. They thus give a guiding approach that is used in this research.
