Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

A Unified Field Theory For Philosophy

By Luk Watts

Einstein had his Theory of Relativity, and physicists have been trying to develop a greater Unified Field Theory ever because then. The greatest philosophy books, it could be said, and the most nicely- identified religious texts about the globe, have attempted to do the same thing, even though in regards to the spiritual nature of man and the over-all which means (or lack of a deeper meaning) to morality and life.

Lawyer and author Earle Josiah's most current book, The Power and Freedom of the Human Spirit: Introducing Yet another Theory of Every little thing attempts to do the exact same. If you get pleasure from reading intriguing books on philosophy, the which means of human life, and the energy of the human will and spirit, this is a book you will want to add to your personal libraries.

No matter whether you ultimately agree or disagree with his conclusions, the author presents quite well researched and cognitive arguments to support his principal thesis that spirit is the driving force of human nature and gives energy and vitality to the human physique. Even though he makes use of the term "spirit," and in some cases the word "soul," Josiah does not necessarily mean to give these two words a religious connotation, at least as far as I can gather. He is just referring to a thing he feels tends to make us humans, and not merely bags of skin and bones, driven solely by instincts.

What are some of the subjects covered in Josiah's book? I will not go into significantly detail about each chapter, as you can buy the book and see for your self additional in-depth what the author's views are, but I'll mention a tiny bit about a couple of the chapters to give you and notion what the book is like.

The first chapter, for instance, "An Active and Enterprising Spirit," is about the theory I've already mentioned, that "Spirit is the supreme driving force of human nature." Also, possessing "an active and enterprising spirit," is important to make sure "the normal and effective operation of our human powers." And "will," being "an expression of spirit," is also "the effective trigger of productive human activity."
