Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

A Guide To Different Types Of Caskets

By Donald Adams

If you have bought a plain casket for your deceased loved one and you still need to extend your finances for other items, you might select to embellish the casket with the help of your friends and other family members and drop the pricey flower placements to be created. Just a tiny bouquet can attractively accentuate the casket. Tailored floral arrangements are mostly great but these don't suggest that you have to spend too much for these when you can make your own arrangements at a more affordable cost.

If you choose to decorate your deceased beloved's casket using flower arrangements that you designed by your own hand, there are many ways of accomplishing this personalized tribute. Quite often, the finest floral arrangements come from the freshest blooms plucked from your own garden or purchased from the flower sellers. If you know the preferred bunch of flowers of your dearly departed loved one, use that.

Occasionally, there is a scarcity of fresh blooms in several locations. You may still be able to use silk flowers as a substitute for the fresh flowers. As your instructions to designing floral decorations for your deceased loved one's casket, you can read through craft magazines and also in the Web for online tutorials. There are several tutorials that tell you to create the flower arrangements from materials that are readily available to you. This is quite an advantage if you are budget-restricted in the funeral arrangements.

For some who are not fond of flowers as decoration on caskets and desire to be exceptional, they use a collection of pictures with and of the departed individual. To try to make the tribute more personal, you can request members of the family and good friends to give or lend any pictures that they have of the departed, and these can be displayed on the casket itself or on a small table close by.

Some personal souvenirs or objects belonging to the dearly departed can also be positioned in a conspicuous place close to the casket. It could be anything from an item of personal belonging which has a very amazing meaning or representative of the one who passed away. You can place all these objects and photos on the casket or set a table beside it and place the keepsakes there, creating a mini-museum of how the deceased lived during his or her lifetime.
