Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Meditation Retreat Deep Within Nature

By Heather Anderson

Everything in nature has a mild inner voice inside. Every tree. Every rock. Every cloud. Every storm. Using your internal voice you are able to ask every thing questions. Then just pay attention. Hear the answers you get back during a deep meditation. The objects in nature might also ask you questions. Again, just pay attention and react with your inner voice. That's how you talk with nature. A conversation with nature.

During the threshold stage of your nature immersion, remain aware of your intentions. Go exactly where your heart is guiding you. Do whatever your heart is guiding you to do. Listen to the messages nature is continuously giving you. Speak with nature together with your delicate voice within. Appreciate the conversation. Following some time you'll melt. Melt in to the wisdom and mystery of nature. Discovering and becoming your authentic nature in nature. Being both a drop within the ocean and the entire ocean simultaneously.

There will be a correct time to write your insights down. Once the time is right, write. When it's time to sleep, rest. When it is time for you to yawn, yawn. Every thing in nature has it's all-natural rhythm. You as well have your natural rhythm. Feel into your all-natural rhythm and be your all-natural rhythm.

The following stage of the nature immersion is known as the incorporation phase. This really is where you take all your insights and bring them into your daily life. After the threshold phase you'll probably have a lot of pages created about the insights you've gained throughout the nature immersion.

Now will be the time to reflect and integrate these insights into your existence.

As you glance over your notes and reflect, you may really feel like writing more insights. Take your time while doing this. It might take you a couple of days till the insights stop flowing.

Once you have all the insights down on paper, you are able to then start making a list of 'things to do' in order to bring these insights into your life. Insights are great, nevertheless by their own alone absolutely nothing inside your existence will change without taking action on them.

While you review your insights, the following stage would be to ask the query 'What will be the following step?' after which write bullet factors of 'things to do' to bring this insight into your existence. Aim to get at least 3x bullet point for each main insight you saw during the threshold phase.
