Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Bid Farewell With Traditional Funeral Services Houston

By Marty Don

It is quite a very heavy burden for a person to take when a particular person or loved one has passed away. Mortality of mankind closes everything at the end of the day. Organizing traditional funeral services Houston may be the most painful to organize for the person closest to your heart. But there is no way out. This will be the last chance to show how you truly love the person.

Traditional funeral services Houston are based on a history loaded with using complete services that include chapels, viewing rooms with an embalmed body that people are viewing in an open casket. This can be contemporary or religious. This is the most common type of service, in which a formal funeral service or ceremony is held in a place of worship or funeral home. It typically includes hymns, a eulogy, prayers, funeral procession or military honors. It is followed by a procession to the cemetery for internment or entombment and a graveside service.

Traditional funeral services Houston consist of a viewing or wake during which family, friends, and guests can visit the bereaved family at a funeral home. There may or may not be an open casket viewing during this time, but it is a chance for family and friends to come together to mourn. It is usually held the day before the funeral service Houston or over a period of two days, either at night or in a combination of day and evening hours. The duration length of the visiting hours is scheduled to accommodate the needs of the family.

Following the formal Houston funeral services, the funeral home will be the one to transfer the body in a hearse to the burial plot. Generally, a few words are said and a blessing for the deceased's soul is shared. Advice will also be available from the ministers of the religion or religious organization that the deceased may have belonged to. The person who has died may already have arranged a grave space in a churchyard or cemetery which may be included in the will.

Despite the existence of modern memorial services, traditional funeral services Houston are still popular these days.
