Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Spiritualism In Nature

By Joe Goddard

For most people, a sense of faith is acquired through the sensibilities of family members. It is a healthy step in an individual's development and helps bring them closer to a sizable community of like-minded individuals. At one point or another, everyone is faced with questions of faith, and having good resources makes the process that much easier.

Having said this, some people are exposed to spirituality through other sources such as literature. The publications of Transcendentalist authors such as Emerson and Thoreau lead many people to look at nature as a spiritual guide. The exclusive draw back being that there is not a community that meets to discuss this brand of spiritualism. Spiritual websites, however, allow people to explore abstract views regarding spiritualism, without feeling judged or misrepresented.

Native American spiritualities are deeply rooted in a respect for the world and nature, and they are commonly represented by spiritual websites. These ideals can aid people to make larger strides in their spiritual journey. Spiritual websites commonly present dispositions such as this, and therefore are a healthier means of gaining information for people searching for answers in nature.

Another benefit of these types of websites is that the content is not inclusive of a specific religious attitude. The member posted content comes from a variety of influences, which all work to amplify your understanding of spiritualism. Nature is one such topic that is discussed regularly on spiritually focused sites, and this makes it extremely beneficial to people who feel a ironclad connection to nature. The inspiration may be easily introduced into your life, but exploring it further is often the hardest part of the process.

Participating in spiritual websites gives you access to abstract trains of thought and time with a spiritual guide, which helps you better yourself. Looking to alternative sources gives you a distinct advantage in that you have a broader understanding of spiritualism, and more information with which you can base your own spiritual philosophy. It is common to feel alone when you believe in a hybrid spirituality, but spiritual websites are an excellent resource for people to openly express the views and values.
