Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Some of the Meditation Tips

- Time to meditate

You have to know that it is much better to meditate in the morning before eating, talking or exercising. If you like to take a shower in the morning, you have to do so before meditating. Setting a certain time to meditate will make your meditations more powerful because your mind and body will learn to open and become more silent at that particular time.

- Place to meditate

It is recommended to meditate in a place where you feel most comfortable, away from any distractions and noise. If you want to find the best place to meditate, it is highly recommended for you to avoid choosing a place to meditate where pets sleep or where they spend most of their time. If you have pets, then you have to make sure that they are out of the room while you meditate.

- Avoid music and scents while meditating

Today it is becoming popular to burn candles during the meditation process. You have to know that scents prevent you from deepening into the experience. And thus it is not a good idea to be around strong scents while meditating.

Remember that meditation has to be done in silence. Guided meditations and music are distracting and could take you out of the experience. And if you have something you like listening to, it is recommended to have it after the meditation session.

- Proper posture during meditation

You have to know that posture is very important during meditation. Perfectly you have to be sitting on the floor with your legs crossed. As well you have to remember that your head has to be aligned with your spine.

- The process or meditation

When you are meditating you do not have to use your creative imagination, hypnosis, positive affirmation, visualization or auto suggestion. This means that you do not have to visualize anything into your consciousness.
