Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

The Treasures of the Subconscious Mind

A lot of people have ventured into knowing their own subconscious to be used for their own benefits. It is said that the subconscious is a very powerful part of the state of mind. And here , everything begins to exist and be manifested in the things that a person does. Some people just ignore the power of the subconscious when in fact it is a lot more like a treasure chest with a lot of goodies for you to discover and harness.

The simplest way to reprogram your mind to your own benefit is through self talk. With this the mid can be reprogrammed to concentrate more about what would like to achieve. It is a lot more like a focal exercise. Everything will fall into place to start off with the subconscious.Achieving mind talk can be quite very well be illustrated through using affirmations.

Affirmations can correct what we cannot prevent. Let us say, that subconsciously you have thought of something harmful to others and this has manifested through emotions such as hate or jealousy, since now that you have been made aware of this consciously, these bad energies can be substituted by positive affirmations.

You can program your mind to design affirmations to replace the bad energies that you may have acquired subconsciously. You can go into writing affirmations or go for vision board affirmations. As an example, when you feel depressed and alone it is possible to think or write your affirmations down to combat the negative thoughts and tell yourself "I am loved by many" this positive statement alone can already improve your emotional state into something more therapeutic for you. If you wish to be more visual with your affirmations you can try the vision board affirmation. All you have to do is imagine stuff that you believe will make you achieve whatever goal you intend to achieve, a new car perhaps or even a new house. This type of mind programming can help you zoom into a more focused life. Other forms of affirmations are those on CDs and podcast. They are known as audio affirmations that are also great for people who opt to listen than to read or write.

To sum up, as we can see the subconscious mind is filled with surprises. We just have to dig in for the right stuff and repel the negative stuff for us to enjoy a successful life.
