Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

A Great Technique To Keep Yourself Motivated

Such moments cannot be evaded. They surely will happen to anyone in life. I mean that feeling of giving up on something you were pursuing or feeling too down not having any interest for anything or even feeling as though you have come to a dead end. One is constantly face d with the challenge of what to do.

The truth is that many find themselves in this situation as a result of many counter thoughts. When the thinking pattern is affected, then one is bound to experience this. Such feelings came about due to tiredness or when one is undergoing some disappointments in life.

It is true that when Garbage gets into a system then garbage will come out as a byproduct. So when one has negative thoughts, he will definitely talk negatively. This calls for constant monitoring to what one speaks as it will be a pointer to a thought problem.

If you can break from this destructive thinking pattern: well and good. This can be achieve in many ways such as taking a walk, listening to a music or even choosing to visit a friend at least find something different to do other than sitting down and pity yourself.

Taking some time off what you are doing can help in ensuring your thoughts are balanced. There are many things to do to ensure thought balance. You may choose to go for a walk, have a time to reflect or even choose t watch a movie. This way you will have broken from the straining job and refreshed your mind.

Sometimes it is required that you give your thoughts a break from what you are doing. This way you will be in a position to think over the situation and somehow find a solution for the problem comfortably.

If the thought patterns seem not to improve, you need not to get discouraged. You need to keep doing it until you see change. It is better to start early to avoid having to deal with the situation when it is too late. Deal with the negative thoughts at the right time .after all you will get a chance to learn many things as you try to overcome the situation.

Periodically, keep checking your thought patterns. Many people will just forget their condition as soon as they have been delivered from this situation. This habit of checking your thought patterns will ensure that you are motivated and at the same time having the brain register the right thought patterns.
