Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Three Formulas For A Better Life

By Jack Haynes

It isn't hard to learn how to enjoy life to its fullest potential. There are simple methods that work for almost any situation. But all of them take some time and effort. The key is read the below included list and take every word to heart to learn how to make it better.

Three Tips to a Better Life:

1. Enjoy the time you have: The free time you have should be the time you are free from the bonds of work and stress. Try not to use it to worry about those things.

You're not supposed to be dealing with personal issues on company time, right? The reverse is true too. When you are at home, you should read books, peruse magazines or take part in a hobby that you would enjoy. Leave the stress at the office.

2. Clear out the trash: All the junk you never use could get a second lease on life in another person's home. You just need to give it a chance.

Allow someone else to have access to all your old junk and you may be surprised at what they can make out of it. And better yet, you may find that it clears out a lot of space.

3. Take time to just be: Some meditation time may be all that you need to make the best out of the free time you have. It is a great way to just sit back and reflect on the better things in life.

You don't have to do it for long - just a few minutes every day will do fine. It is about the ability to reflect on the world around you and recenter yourself in quiet activity.

Of course, there are a dozen other options for self improvement. But these are a few good starting points and good rules for living whatever the case in your life. You can really start to enjoy life to a greater degree in no time at all if you will just give yourself a chance to do so.
