Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

Tips On How You Can Pull Through After A Break Up

Recovering from an unexpected break up can be very hard to do, especially if you were the one that was dumped. Sadly, this is something that most everyone experiences in life at one time or another.

Don't forget that sooner or later you will move on and get over the breakup. You are the only one that can decide how long that will take and how hard it will be. One thing that you can do to make it easier is to try and avoid being with the friends of your ex.

There are some people that will say the best think to do is to get rid of everything that reminds you of your ex. I don't think that's a good idea, because you can risk thinking about that person even more as you try and not think about them.

Try and take it slow and easy for a while, and don't be too hard on yourself over the breakup. Don't obsess with focusing on stuff that reminds you of them, but don't try and avoid everything either.

If you are getting tired of people treating you differently, you have to stop sulking in front of them. Cry when you are alone, but try and become part of life again with your friends and go out.

The key thing to remember and cling to is that over time, things will get better. You will move on to a different stage in life, and will find the right person at the right time.

The thing that helped me was I reminded myself that I wasn't the only one to experience a breakup, and many do daily. It happens to anyone and almost everyone, and even though it stinks, people do move on and live life once again, and so will you.
