Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

From Past Life To Now

By Andrew Ridgeway

From Past Life to present where fragments of who you are and how you came to be are recovered. There are times when everyone has walked into a new minute in their life and felt a sense of familiarity. An experience that has never happened is happening, yet again. This is a moment of celebration, and the opportunities it presents are completely up to you.

It is common for most people to consider the possibility of having lived a life in another time. The thought may be a passing idea until a pattern of unexplained and reoccurring circumstances keep appearing. Revolving dreams, unknown talents and behaviors may all be contributing factors of another self and time, searching for closure.

Having a calling to understand these sequence of events may change your relationship to the world forever. Your most cherished relationships, health and finances can take a positive turn. Your entire life can become more gratifying, and this could only be the greatest news. Now you only need the courage to proceed.

Emotional scars are hard to identify because the emotional self is usually revealed under duress. Unresolved trauma does not just go away, it has to be healed to dissolve. Every experience that has not been properly addressed will wait and travel with you. Whether you mean to pack it up and take it along is not your choice; it is waiting to be owned and embraced.

Deciding to take a journey permits time to get organized and clear about what you want from the experience. You would consider the weather, time zone and society you are going to encounter. You would allow yourself permission to be open to the unexpected, and make provisions for what they might be. Once you arrive, you might find that the journey has a familiarity to it. Don't fight it, it's just the luggage from a previous life traveling with you.

You will have moments where a new moment takes on the liking of a moment lived in a previous time. A conversation that you are having, feels like its already happened. It is practical to pause and categorize it as a Deja Vu moment. Hold onto it and allow it to serve you for future framework; it is a piece of the luggage from a previous life.

The idea of being in control of your movement in the world can be comforting. You are living inside of the experience and are conscious of your participation. Depending on your belief system, the experience may be lived as if there is no tomorrow. For others the experience might consciously be lived as an opportunity to repair and become anew. Every decision aids in the packing for the next journey, traveling light is preferred by most.

The idea of being in charge of your choices in the world can be reassuring. You are present in your process and aware of your participation. You might be living as if tomorrow is not promised; or you make take as many opportunities as you can to repair and become anew. Your approach can recreate an opportunity for a broader understanding.
