Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

The Mystery Of Psychic Powers

By George Eastley

Psychic powers have long been a mysterious and unstudied area. True paranormal powers afford some people with an almost superhuman perception of things that others are not aware of, or simply do no not see. Due to the lack of understanding and information concerning such abilities it is no wonder that many people have been confused and frightened of these powers and talents. While most individuals have some degree of psychic ability only a small percentage are able to display high levels of psychic skills.

The individuals that have psychic powers and are gifted are mostly described to have the extra "sense". Added onto the five senses (smell, vision, touch, hearing and taste) is the ability of a kind of perception that allows them to know, feel, or see things that cannot be senses in the dimension we live.

There are even some individuals whose psychic powers allow them to see the future and its events; other people have a gift known as retro cognition (which is the ability to see into the past and experience what has already happened.); others with their psychic powers can see spirits and forms of energy that is not visible to the naked eye of the people around them.

Most early civilizations saw and recognized these talents of those who possessed psychic powers. Many names have been dubbed to people such as this like soothsayer, wise man, mentalists, spiritualists, fortuneteller, and oracle reader. To be truthful there have been pretenders and have spread the raging fries of controversy.

There is no need to pretend to have such powers, because each person is indeed born with some natural psychic talent. If these powers are embraced and developed they will become stronger and more controlled. Once you learn how to tap into your psychic gifts it will be possible for you to call on them when they are most needed.

If you are prepared to start the journey you must first understand how to meditate and balance the mind, spirit and of course emotions. The ones who really have true psychic powers are able to discharge negative thoughts and emotions. They are actually able to clear their minds so that they may open up to the energy and emotions of everything that exists in the world both the seen and the unseen.

Once you begin to practice daily, regular meditation you will begin to feel the difference. This is when your inner potential starts to surface and you will start to feel more aware and alive than at any other time in your life. Your happiness, creativity and understanding of the world will begin to soar.

You need to schedule in deep meditation once a day. Spending thirty to sixty minutes in quiet and focused concentration will allow your person to let go of any negativity surrounding your emotions or thoughts. Find a place that matches your soul and calms the mind free of any distractions. This place maybe in your home, a cave, or even a park somewhere. As long as you have a secure place of peace to concentrate on the positive with no interruptions you will continue to increase your psychic powers.

Start by studying out your emotions and feelings that go through you being as you are meditating. Find out how to release any negative thoughts with solid concentration coupled the breathing techniques. As you practice the steps mentioned you will learn to discern the types of energies while being more aware of the worlds vibrating occurrences. Growing you psychic powers solely rests on you being attuned to the energy that is connected to all things in the world.

It is also necessary for you to practice your psychic powers in order to improve and strengthen them. You may want to try your hand at using tarot cards or palmistry readings. Among your friends and family members will be several volunteers who want to put you to the test. Remember that the person that you are providing such readings for must be willing and open to the opportunity. Their level of willingness helps keep the channels of psychic communication clear and makes it easier for you to sense any vibrations and images.

A sure way to increase your psychic powers is to do it every day. If you practice meditation enough to hone you skill you will be able to see the auras that surround people. You will soon enough see that you can actually see color and sizes of other people's auras without concentrating to hard.

Growing your psychic powers will allow you to see things like illnesses in people that do not know they are even sick. You will be able to discern true intentions of people by simply looking at their aura. As your psychic powers continue to grow strong you will be able to catch glimpses of past, present, and even future events. At this point, you must work incredibly hard and develop your psychic powers even further so you can channel these abilities on command.

The ability to speak with the "ghosts" of deceased individuals has been a topic of interest, curiosity, fascination and controversy for many centuries. There is good reason why younger children are usually the ones who can see and speak with these "spirits".

Our psychic powers are naturally much stronger when we are children. We have not had lessons on how to fear and avoid the unknown. By tearing down the defenses built up in our minds we can communicate openly. Adults still have psychic powers but you must be retrained to not fear what your eyes or the eyes of others do not see.

Always bear in mind that psychic powers are always strong in children since they are very open to ideas they do not quite comprehend. Instead of tuning out a spirits presence or a voice they will try and communicate back, it is only when adults interfere they begin to force them to erect defenses against what is unknown.

Try taking a lesson from children, opening up your mind, and freeing it of preconceived notions about spirits and the unseen. If your fear can be removed and negative feelings and thoughts about psychic powers and ghosts it will be much more simple to reconnect with the energies of life that exist in the universe all around us.

Having psychic powers is a true natural phenomenon. The only difference is how much ability you are born with and how much you block out as you try to develop your psychic powers. If time and effort is poured into developing your psychic powers, you can strengthen your gifts and change the world around in you in a great and positive way.

Introduction To 16 Lessons Of The Law Of Success

By David Lawrence

It is a basic law of success for people to take on the responsibility of planting the seed of success, within their own lives. This relates to the mental processes and the kind of thoughts they permit to overcome them. Every one can muster the determination with which to overcome fundamental fears that impede sound success. A key area, pretty much relevant to the economic reality of our day, is hereby highlighted.

Causes and effects: Many people spend their days too busy making money, only to become too stressed and fall sick. Then, they begin to spend that money to get back their health. As soon as they get back their health, they begin spending their health to get the wealth.

Many others have fallen victim to opinions or suggestions of physicians, who have made money out of their health condition. They fell more sick, overwhelmed by those negative suggestions than the power of that sickness itself. The image of that opinion ended up creating thoughts of fear that got them afflicted more than anything else.

Overcoming the fear of illness: While fear has an origin in heredity, it does also come through social influence. The human nature is, by heredity, a generator of the seed of fear. What life's negative experiences does is to further propagate this seed of fear. The requirement of this law is for this seed to be removed and the mind set free.

4 weeks of enforcing success: Every one has, within themselves, the power to force their thoughts through the process of change. In just a matter of 4 weeks of focused action, you can destroy this fear in your life, and make it history. A repeated action of opposing such thoughts, and building hope for a better health, will release your potential for success.

How To Enrich One's Quality Of Life

By Jordan Ernest

Many people believe that the true meaning of life is simply to be happy. They'll say that your happiness is more important than anything else; if you're not happy with your lifestyle and what you've accomplished, then what's the point of having it all?

Life in general will be much easier if you're happy with the way your life is going, no matter how rich you are or what kind of house you live in. Here are three ways to feel happier about your current life situation.

Exercising regularly is always one great way to do this. It may seem like a chore, but exercise passes on some truly great benefits and it's worth keeping up with it.

In terms of improving your mood, exercise is beneficial in that it causes your body to release endorphins. These hormones are natural mood enhancers, keeping your attitude positive and your spirits high. Thus, exercise is very useful as a tool for maintaining happiness.

Hobbies can also improve your quality of life. Studies have shown that when we stay occupied with our hobbies, we're happier overall. They help keep our minds working and we feel better for it.

I know that I've seen seriously depressed people find a reprieve from their illness when they find a hobby to occupy their time. A hobby can be an effective way for a depressed person to escape to another place where he or she can dissociate from the situations that cause the depression.

Lastly, try switching things up in your diet to make sure that you're not eating foods that are damaging to your moods and your outlook. Foods that are high in sugar are notorious for playing with our feelings and causing us to feel down, so avoid them whenever possible.

Instead of eating such high-sugar foods, try adding more natural fruits and vegetables to your diet. Eating these foods regularly will ensure that you get all the nutrients you need to keep your attitude positive. You'll notice a difference just from trying this for a few weeks.

A Bit Of Advice When Breaking Up With Your Special Someone

By George Trasher

You may have found yourself in the position of having to end a relationship. Chances are you found it to be a difficult situation, especially if the relationship had been an extended one.

Most relationships don't come to an unexpected end, but many still do, and that's not going to end anytime soon. People change in their outlooks and opinions as they grow older, and our new attitudes are not always compatible with our old relationships.

If you find yourself in a relationship that simply isn't working, it's best to end it quickly rather than wait to see if things change. No one wants to be in a relationship if their partner is unhappy, and you're wasting both your time and your partner's time by drawing out a relationship that isn't working.

The least you can do for your partner is let them know soon that the relationship isn't working so that they can start moving past the relationship sooner. The end of a relationship is always hard on everyone, but the sooner it ends, the sooner your partner can start the recovery process.

By spending time in an unhappy relationship, you're wasting your own time, as well. You could be enjoying the single life or you could be spending time with someone who's a better match for you.

If you do find yourself in the unenviable position of having to end a relationship, here's my advice for you. Don't have this important discussion via text message, email, or phone. If you've been dating less than two months, it may be acceptable, but not if the relationship has lasted longer than that.

If you do have to break up with someone, it's much better to do it in person, in a public place. A breakup can be an awkward time for both of you and being in public reduces the chances that the situation will turn ugly. It also provides a convenient point where you can go your separate ways; you don't have this luxury if you conduct the breakup at your home, when you will be faced with asking your partner to leave at some point.

Breaking up is always going to be an unpleasant experience, no matter the circumstances. Still, sometimes it just needs to be done. Be confident that your decision is for the better and that you'll both overcome this difficult time.
