Death is coming

The closer death creeps up upon me the less I am able to understand the reasons for life or living.

Yes I have experienced a close family member dying and unlike television it takes decades to handle such a thing. To think I am going to put my family through such a thing when I finally leave is more horrific to me than the thought of death itself.

My life was and is still a learning experience but when all said and done what am I to do with all this accumulated learning over my lifetime if I just die. There is no logic or reason to this.

Long ago I became aware that the God story that is sold to the majority is just a nice story to give mankind with a message of a basic layout of how nice life could be if everyone followed these ideas. Not many in life do and if one thinks about it the good and evil structures actually depend on each other. The good that can be experienced in life is only understood as good when there is it's opposite to compare it to. This is not rocket science only common sense in reality. I am not saying we need to experience bad but understanding in it is needed to appreciate the great things many of us can have in our lives. From birth to death there are many ways mankind helps his fellow man. How many ways can you help?

The Basic Facts Of ADHD Medicine

By Anne Durrell

Now that we have a larger variety of ADHD Medicine options. Formerly the only real option was if you wanted name brand Ritalin or generic, however today there are different types of meds that you can compare to get the right treatment. Certainly, this also causes the necessity to be more knowledgeable about ADHD Medicine choices.

Options

Now there are meds, which have to be taken once a day instead of twice a day. This gives an advantage for school-aged children where getting in that middle of the day dosage could be a problem.

The chance of finding an effective medication will be more available with more options come. It is common for a doctor to do ADHD test and try out. Since there are more options or alternatives to try so there are more of chances to find the right medication.

Making Decision on the First Medication

In deciding on the first medication, it is necessary to know about the types of ADHD. The first question you may ask is "what is ADHD?" To figure out what medication to try first you may likely work with your doctor. By considering your child's ability to swallows pills and their daily schedule, you can immediately rule out some medications. Before a prescription is written out, you should work with the doctor and voice any concerns that you have. To find the right ADHD Medicine the first time out should become the main goal after all.

However, Adderall XR is one delayed release pill that can be changed. This is something to really think about because it can be a problem in giving your child a medication whereas also being able to make sure that it works with your child's and your daily schedules.

ADHD medicine, no matter what medication is chosen to be tried first, is started at low doses and that is increased if needed. Generally, increasing the dosage will be tried, unless there are major side effects, before switching to another type of medication. Your child's comfort and health are why you want to try to find the right medication the first time and why such care should be taken in choosing that first ADHD Medicine.

Get Back With Your Ex, Two Big Mistakes That Can Kill Your Chances to Do it

By Ricardo d Argence

Why is it so hard to get back with an ex? You may have tried everything you can think of to win them over and get them back by your side, only to have each and every strategy fail you - and now you're frustrated, confused and desperate to get them back.

There are actually two reasons why it's so hard to win back an ex. First, when you're still in love with someone who has called the relationship off, the balance of power is entirely in their favor.

The second point is that most people have no real idea what to do to successfully get back with someone they love and end up spending a great deal of time racing around doing all the wrong things.

Since your ex has the upper hand in this situation, it's a mistake to try to chase after them; the power is entirely in their hands. They know it - and so do you if you're being honest with yourself. An ex who knows you've been trying to get them back will often make you suffer for it, whether or not they're actually willing to consider being with you again.

If you really want to win back an ex, there is one thing which has been proven time and again to be more effective than any other method. It's also the hardest: keep your distance and your cool.

If you think that your partner is about to call things off, then prepare yourself for this eventuality and when the time comes, be calm and let go easily, no matter how much you want them to stay.

Following the breakup, keep yourself busy and try to occupy your mind with things other than your ex. At this early stage, it's not going to help you to obsess about the breakup and trying to get back with your ex.

You need to stay away from your ex right now. Don't spend time with them and stay out of the picture as much as you possibly can. If they call, be polite but keep it brief; you need to get across the idea that you have other places to be and people to talk to.

Here's a warning for you! Many people faced with trying to distance themselves from their exs simply can't do it! They mistakenly believe that if they run around doing favors for their exs that their ex will see them as someone they need. They think they will be able to prove and show their exs how much they love them by being there for them!

This is entirely the wrong approach to take. The ex will either become sick of you being around all the time or see you as someone who they can take advantage of. What won't happen is that they'll take you back - this is a trap, so avoid it!

Keep your distance and what will begin to happen is that you will feel the power naturally swing your way and you will be in a far better position to win back ex.

How To Get Over A Fear Of Funerals

By Sarah A. Mediv

When I was a kid my mom used to have to drag me kicking and screaming to funerals. I would cry looking at the dead body. I would cry looking at the priest. The whole funeral process just creeped me out. It wasnt until I was in high school and was looking for a summer job that my mom told me she had a friend who needed some help and he would put some money in my pocket over the summer to do a few chores. I said great, What kind of business does he run? She told me he ran a funeral home.

The owner running the funeral home had been a friend of my parents and I for many years. I never imagined I would ever be employed at the funeral home. Knowing I was looking for work, however, and the home needing someone to work at a low rate, I went over to speak with the owner about working at the home.

I peddled my bike over to the funeral home the following day. Looking at the architecture of the building, I thought to myself, this could be somebodys home or a mini-church. There was nothing threatening about it. I stepped inside. My palms were sweating but I told myself to relax, there was nothing to fear. I walked around and noticed there were two parlors, each had a casket with a dead body in it. I walked into each parlor. I heard music in the background but I was the only one there. There was a lot of light coming through the opened windows and a nice breeze coming through. I said, I can do this. The funeral director stepped in, and I introduced myself.

The funeral director told me my job would consist of regular duties such as vacuuming the carpets, the placement of pray cards before visitors arrived, proper chair arrangement, along with various washing duties. He also told me I would have special projects. He said he would discuss special projects later but my regular duties were a top priority.

I pretty much had to run the vacuum at least three times a day. Usually once in the morning, once again around mid-afternoon after flower deliveries, and again after visitors and mourners left. The funeral director was very adamant that he didnt want to see a speck of dirt on the carpets. The vacuuming was very easy. But vacuuming near a dead body at 9:30 in the morning took a little getting used to.

In addition to keeping the funeral home itself clean, I also had to maintain the various cars owned by the home. These included the hearse that transported the casket with the deceased, the family cars in which the family and friends of the deceased rode to the cemetery and delivery vans. These all needed to be kept clean inside and out after each use. To this day I have vivid memories of cleaning the interior and vacuuming the hearse.

Probably the hardest part of my job was dealing with casket delivery. Caskets could arrive at any hour depending on when a family placed an order. They usually were delivered through the back of the funeral home, but sometimes a service was in session and we would have to bring them downstairs. Caskets are very heavy and I always needed assistance in picking them up and moving them. Plus you need to be careful that you dont bang the casket into a wall while you are transporting it. Nobody wants to see their loved one in a banged up casket.

Probably the hardest part was when families came to make arrangements. I had to be quiet and remain out of site. The same thing was true for when we had afternoon visitation hours. Respect for the families came first. This is when I usually washed the cars or did other outdoor chores.

After about two weeks of working in the funeral home, all of my fears had dissipated. I didnt blink when vacuuming next to a dead body. I could climb into the back of hearse with no problem; it was just another car that had to be cleaned. I really started to enjoy my job and the extra money I earned really came in handy later on as I was preparing for college. The experience of working in a funeral parlor actually helped me later on in life in coping with family tragedies; while its never easy, I think it made me stronger.

The Hidden Treasures of Chakra Energy

By Jonathan Benjem

At the outset, let me share a secret that very few people in the world know (and if they know, they dont acknowledge it!). All the human beings have a huge reservoir of energy, large enough to make sure that our physical and mental health always remains upbeat. This secret is a commonplace among large Hindu and Buddhist population in India and other parts of the world, for most Americans and Europeans, this is an invaluable piece of information, which theyd like to explore further.

Most commonly, this is known as Chakra Energy, or the energy generated by the seven primary energy centers in the body. These energy centers are situated from the base of spine upwards to the head. A brief description of location of seven Chakras wont be out of place:

* Base Chakra (RED) located at the coccyx (base of the spine).

* Spleen Chakra (ORANGE) located in the lower abdomen region, just below the navel.

* Solar Plexus Chakra (YELLOW) located in the stomach area.

* Heart Chakra (GREEN) situated in the center of the chest.

* Throat Chakra (BLUE) situated in the throat region.

* Third Eye Chakra (INDIGO) located in between the eyes.

* Crown Chakra (VIOLET) situated on top of the head.

Though invisible, these Chakras constantly and continuously rotate in the bodies at their stated positions. This movement is responsible for the production of energy, called Chakra Energy.

If their movement is not in sync, the health physical or mental is bound to suffer.

So, whats there to know about Chakra Energy? The entire Chakra System of the body is based on the spiritual side of our existence. Its more a matter of feeling than sensing. You can say that Chakra System is a part of the sixth sense in your body. The energy produced by the Chakra System is responsible for blessing you with a healthy life or cursing you with an unhealthy one.

If the movement is in sync, the Chakras will produce sufficient energy to ensure physical and mental well being. However, if the movement is not in sync, the energy so produced will not be sufficient and itll invariably result in some body ailment.

Undoubtedly, Chakra Energy plays a decisive role in human lives, but is it possible to work around the Chakras and bring about a balance in their movements? Though Chakra movement is a natural phenomenon, yet you can direct your physical and spiritual energies towards attainment of Chakra balancing. Learning is an art and invariably, a slow process. But if your have determination and perseverance, its an achievable goal. The exercise is pretty simple. Firstly, just sit or lie down in the most comfortable posture with eyes closed. The next part is to relax and feel all the body parts from visible organs to the minutest cell within the body. Dont avoid the distractions, like myriad thoughts. With time, theyll disappear. Keep it going for about half-an-hour to any length of time for as many days as you can. Youll surely feel the difference.

Now, if thats so simple, why dont many people just give it a go and get rid of all the ailments from their lives? This is because our over-reliance on science to bring quick-fix changes in our body system. The scientific advancements have made humans too much dependent on technology. Resultantly, we have forgotten to live healthily naturally.

Chakra Energy is always at your disposal. All you need is to just follow the exercise religiously. The positive results will entail naturally. Remember, Chakra balancing is the only short cut towards attaining the optimum Chakra Energy required by the body.

Understanding Bipolar Medication

By Anne Durrell

Bipolar medication is required on a consistent basis and is usually part of a lifelong treatment of the disorder. There is no cure for bipolar, so medication is the best chance for keeping symptoms at bay.

Bipolar Medication is important

Bipolar medication will help a person with the disorder to elevate symptoms so they can live a normal life. Medication is usually combined with therapy to provide an overall treatment of the disorder.

If a person stops taking their medication, though, it is very likely that symptoms will return swiftly. A person should never go off their medication without consulting with their doctor.

Types of Medication Used

Bipolar illness is a mood disorder. It is characterized by the mood changes from extreme highs to extreme lows. Lithium is the most common medication used for the disorders.

In some cases anti depressants and anti seizure, medications are used. Usually, though, moos stabilizers are the first resort and tried before other medications.

It can take as long as two weeks for the mood stabilizing med to start working. So that it is very important for doctor to explain that the medication may take some time to work.

Lithium

Many people know how Lithium works, since it is the oldest drug used and it is the most commonly used medication for bipolar disorders. It is widely known very safe and any troubles with the medications are showed very quickly.

The common side effects from lithium include:

* Fatigue

* A serious Diarrhea

* Sickness

* Frequent urination

* Tremors

* Weight gain

The bipolar medication used will be taken based on the individual patient. For some people, bipolar does not cause main mood change, but only the episodes are serious.

Occasionally, a doctor will check the patient's mood changes to find out the best bipolar medications would be. But for some people, the depressive attack generally most severe and that is when they would need an anti depressant.

Why Do I Get Frequent Headaches?

By Rose Williams

Lots of us have to live with headaches, which we have for apparently no reason. Some of these headache types may happen once and then we may live for several years before we get them again. Other sorts of headaches occur far more often. These types of headaches are known as 'frequent headaches'.

Usually, frequent headaches seem to be tension headaches. However, frequent headaches can also be the result of over-dosing on over-the-counter (OTC) medications. This sort of frequent headache is called a 'rebound headache', because, while it is safe to take the recommended dose to combat headaches, rebound headaches happen because the dosage has been exceeded.

Therefore, one of the ways to stop the pain that frequent headaches bring is to slowly reduce the amount of medication that you are taking. For people who may find this step hard, talking with their doctor can help to find the best method to accomplish this without making their headaches or other complaint worse.

Other than overdosing on headache medicine, there are also other factors that can start a bout of frequent headaches. These can be an excessive amount of smoking and drinking lots of alcohol. Therefore, reducing your alcohol intake to a moderate level can help with reducing the severity of your frequent headaches.

As smoking any form of tobacco will increase your risk of getting frequent headaches, it really is best to stop smoking altogether. While it might sound easy to control these frequent headache triggers, you may actually need professional assistance to reduce your frequent headaches.

Therefore, when you talk with your GP you should ask about headache clinics and whether they may have the facilities to help you with your rebound and/or frequent headaches. Individuals who would rather cope with their headache medicine themselves, can start by reducing the dosage a little at a time.

When your body can cope with that reduction, you can lower the amount some more. Should you feel that the headaches are becoming overwhelming, you have the option of taking cortisone to help deal with the pain of the headaches while your body slowly adjusts to the new regime.

Because frequent headaches are probably caused more by the overdose of headache medication, it could be a wise idea for you to take the medication only if you absolutely need to. That way you can control your intake of the medication that causes you to suffer from other headaches in addition to what you originally started the pain medication for.

How To Save Your Relationship After Cheating?

By Ricardo d Argence

Does it seem like relationships and cheating go to together like chocolate and peanut butter? It can start to when everyone you know has had someone cheat on them. And chances are that you've had someone cheat on you. Or when it comes to relationships and cheating, you were the one doing the cheating.

There is a tremendous amount of pain that comes along with cheating. Cheating can affect everyone around you and you not even realize it. Cheating hurts the person whose is being cheated on and also hurt the cheater believe it or not.

Sometimes if you are suspicious about your significant other cheating on you, then you may want to pay attention to his or her moods. In any case if you or someone else is cheating, it doesn't always spell the end of the relationship.

What cheating leads to is a rather large trust issue in most cases. Once cheated on it is very hard in some cases to trust them for anything, sitting there wondering if you will be cheated on again. Knowing that someone cheated makes it something that's hard to recover from.

It's not easy to save these relationships, and cheating is something that can sometimes happen more than once. But if you can truly rebuild your trust in the other person, then you can stay together and be happy.

Do you know why the person cheated on you? That's a very important consideration in whether you'll be able to trust them not to cheat on you again. Were things not good in your relationship at the time, or was it just convenient and just "happened?" You should be able to have a calm discussion about these reasons.

If the reasons turn out to be things like he or she was simply bored that day and the opportunity came along, then you may have problems. If the other person can give no better reasons for hurting you that way, you may want to consider whether you really can forgive them to be happy. It won't be easy.

If you were having problems, then at least the other person may have thought that the relationship was going to end anyway. They might have felt ignored or undervalued.

There isn't a good excuse for cheating and anyway put will be a bad one. However, the excuse will mean a lot to the relationship and whether or not it can be saved.

Staying in a relationship when there is no trust can be a very bad thing. Most people especially with children involved will try to make it work, but in most cases it just leads to even more devastating break ups. Some move on quite well from and forgive rather quickly. In there is a trust issue there that seems as if you cant get over it, there isn't any reason to keep it going.

The stress that can be caused by cheating in a relationship can reach levels of making you sick. Getting to a point where you can trust a person again is easier said then done. Living your life stressing about where or whom your significant other is with, isn't any way to live your life.
